"I had fallen into a monotonous routine of going to the local national gym chain, doing a couple beach muscle lifts, get on a treadmill for a while and then call it a day. I continually kept wondering why I wasn't making any progress. The answer was that I needed something different. Right before I found CrossFit I had pretty much given up on working out. My trips to the gym had severely decreased.

I started my CrossFit journey at the beginning of October and the progress I have made has been stunning. The very first day I did a workout I knew I was hooked. The workout was unlike anything I had done before and it pushed me mentally and physically to finish. I have dropped 8 lbs since I started and the changes that my body has started to make are more than I have gotten in the past and I have only been doing it 5 weeks.
